I care deeply about how we make change, not just what change gets made. My favorite thing is helping organizations and leaders operationalize their visions and showcase their impact.

I have designed and run national programs at the intersection of women’s leadership and civic engagement, worked with international organizations to evaluate their impact, and produced writing and analysis that have appeared in major media outlets.

Work With Me

I currently run a national non-partisan civics education and engagement program, training women across the country in structures of government, advocacy, and community engagement. I also plan conferences and convenings that cover everything from AI to finance, healthcare, media and the arts.

I enjoy working with individuals and organizations at all stages of the program process, whether it’s:

  • Designing a brand new program from a big idea

  • Refining program operations and strategy

  • Evaluating new and existing programs - from six months to 20 years
